Innovation and R&D Center
Teway Food Innovation and R&D Center has been established for over 10 years. It was honored as a municipal and provincial enterprise technology center in 2008 and 2010, and an Engineering Technology Research Center in 2021. As of June 30, 2025, the R&D center had 149 dedicated R&D personnel, one of the largest teams in the compound seasoning industry, with expertise in raw material research, recipe formulation, sensory analysis and molecular analytics.

Quality Control Team of 136 People
The company now has a quality control team of 136 people, enabling comprehensive monitoring throughout the production process.
